Pawan Kalyan plays Venkatarathnam Naidu, a cop who adopts the name Gabbar Singh after being inspired by the Sholay character. He's posted to his hometown of Kondaveedu, where he clashes with local goon Siddhappa Naidu, who wants to become a politician. Meanwhile, Gabbar Singh falls for village girl Bhagyalakshmi and must navigate his relationships while taking on Siddhappa's schemes.
