Reporter Terry Brewer accompanies G-Man Mike Phelan on a plane ride to get a story, but things take a deadly turn when a passenger is murdered and a wanted fugitive, Killer Madsen, takes control of the plane. As chaos ensues, Rita Moore, the airline hostess, plays a crucial role in thwarting Madsen's plans, including using a powerful sleeping potion to render him unconscious. The plane is forced to make an emergency landing, and the passengers and crew must take refuge in a nearby farmhouse, still held captive by Madsen.
