Eleven police officers rush to a psychiatric hospital to contain an inmate uprising and hostage situation. However, they're met with a surprise attack from the patients, leaving two of their own missing and the doors locked. As they search for their comrades, they uncover eerie sounds and religious symbols hinting at a supernatural force behind the chaos. What begins as a rescue mission turns into a desperate fight for survival against possessed individuals.
