In 1904, Uncle Latsie brings his two young nieces to New York from Hungary, where they quickly develop a passion for cafe dancing. By 1912, they've turned to vaudeville to help pay off Uncle's debts, and their chance meeting with singer Harry Fox leads to an audition with the renowned Hammerstein.
