Taksim Hold'em

The film Taksim Hold'em recounts the Gezi Park protests in Istanbul, 2013, through the perspective of a self-centered individual who criticizes others yet struggles to take a stand and make a positive impact.

However, his friends' passionate and sometimes impulsive debates about joining the demonstrations threaten to disrupt their weekly game.
