When Felix's parents move to Dubai for his father's job, the schoolboy is devastated. His wish comes true, but with unexpected and terrifying consequences. The school's janitor, Otto, has magical powers that cause Felix's parents to shrink, leaving them dependent on him. Meanwhile, the evil former principal, Hulda, returns to wreak havoc and impose a reign of terror on the school.
