Four aging yet vibrant katoey run a boarding house for boys in rural Thailand. When two local teens, including a ladyboy named Pancake, die under mysterious circumstances, their spirits haunt the dormitory, prompting the katoey to devise wild plans to rid themselves of the ghosts. Ultimately, they discover that the only way to lay the ghosts to rest is to help one of them seek revenge for their untimely deaths.
