In the aftermath of the Vietnam War, a man named Cheung travels to Saigon to rescue his uncle and cousin, only to become embroiled in a complex web of relationships with a beautiful gang leader named Chow and her lover, Ho. As tensions escalate, Ho kills the uncle and deports the cousins, leading them to seek revenge in Vietnam. Meanwhile, Chow and Ho become entangled with a local warlord, who ultimately kills them. In a final act of kindness, Chow gives the cousins two air tickets to escape Vietnam, just before her own death.
