A group of hikers, led by a college professor, venture into the woods to uncover an ancient Indian burial mound. However, their discovery is soon disrupted by three members who reveal their true intentions as grave looters, binding the others to claim valuable artifacts. As they desecrate the mound, one of them accidentally uncovers a cursed crown, unleashing the mound's guardian: a malevolent, invisible entity that begins to hunt down its victims.
