A pioneering ophthalmologist, determined to break through the boundaries of human perception, conducts a series of experiments to gaze into another dimension. Following a disastrous first attempt that left his test subject blind, he refines his technique. However, his latest endeavor achieves the unthinkable: his new test subject is brutally slain by a malevolent entity from the parallel realm, which seeps into our world and takes up residence within the subject's eye. As the eye grows to monstrous size and detaches from its host, it wreaks havoc, leaving a trail of destruction in its wake.
