Tough girl biker Ako joins forces with Mei and her girl gang, the Alleycats, to take down a rival gang in a knife fight in Tokyo. As Ako helps the Alleycats gain the upper hand, she becomes a leader figure for the girls. Meanwhile, Mei's boyfriend Michio gets involved with a right-wing nationalist group, the Seiyu Group, and tries to prove himself by rigging a boxing match. However, when the boxer wins, the Seiyu Group turns on Michio, and Mei and the Alleycats must rescue him. As they're pursued by the powerful group, Mei is eventually killed, and Ako flees the area, riding off on her bike.
