After the death of his brother, Pistol P relocates from New Orleans to California to reunite with his family, including Dirty, MJ, and Tee Dee. However, his arrival coincides with a gang war between Trouble and The Cut Mob, who are seeking revenge for stolen drugs. Just as Pistol P is caught in the crossfire, he is rescued by Dirty and they flee to Utah.
