A family inherits a rundown resort in Hawaii and decides to sell it after attempting to renovate it. Amidst the chaos, the teenage girls and boys they meet, Jeffrey Wyatt meets an old rival who offers to buy the resort, but has ulterior motives. Meanwhile, a gruff local resident named Charlotte Brink causes trouble for everyone.
