Egon Olsen, a cunning thief, is released from prison and sets his sights on a new scheme to get rich quick. However, his old friends Benny and Kjeld have moved on to more mundane pursuits, working at a grocery store. Undeterred, Egon must devise a new plan to swindle an international gangster out of a fortune.
