Vicky, a gaming software expert, lives by his principle of being true to oneself and not compromising for others. He clashes with his father, who advises him to adjust for the sake of happiness. Meanwhile, his parents arrange a wedding alliance with Priya, his childhood friend who is a doctor. Priya is traditional and conservative, and initially, the two don't get along. However, Priya changes her attitude and falls in love with Vicky, compromising on her interests for him. Vicky rejects the proposal when he finds out and returns to Australia.
