A young Sri Lankan boy named Sivaji and his family, including his mother and brother Ashok, are forced to flee their community and settle in Vizag, Andhra Pradesh. They are exploited by a local mob boss, Baji Rao, who makes them transport illegal goods, subjecting them to physical and emotional torture. Eventually, Sivaji's unbearable suffering leads him to rise up against Baji Rao, taking on the legendary persona of Chatrapati to fight for justice and reunite with his mother.
