Rachel Davis, an event planner, returns to her hometown in Tennessee to help organize Dollywood's 30th anniversary Christmas event. She meets Luke Hackman, the Director of Operations at Dollywood, who is also vying for the General Manager position. Despite their initial disagreement, they work together to plan the event, and their professional relationship blossoms into romance. However, their future plans put their relationship to the test, as Rachel wants to advance in her career in New York City, while Luke is torn between his love for Dollywood and a secure offer in Atlanta.
