Tomo and her adopted sister Mafuyu Oribe stumble upon a mysterious wounded man, Alexander Nikolaevith Hell, who is an Iron Qwaser, a super-warrior with the ability to harness elemental powers. As they get entangled in his world, they realize that Alexander's faction is seeking the High Circuit, a collection of mystical relics that puts Mafuyu's loved ones and school in danger. Furthermore, Qwasers require a special liquid diet provided by their female partners, making Mafuyu's nursing duties take on a new and unsettling significance.
