Hida Kizuna possesses the Heart Hybrid Gear (HHG) ability, though it's not particularly powerful and thus doesn't make him especially significant. His older sister sends him to a strategic defense academy where many students, including large-breasted girls, use their HHG abilities to combat invaders from another world while wearing tight pilot outfits.
