A 8-year-old girl named Pride Royal Ivy suddenly remembers her past life as a fan of an otome game called Our Ray of Light. On her way to relive the memories, she tragically dies and is reincarnated as the final boss and firstborn princess in Freesia. Her knowledge about the events in the game leads everyone to believe she has precognitive abilities. However, unlike the original Princess Pride, this new version does not wish to torment those around her, such as her younger sister and adopted brother. Haunted by nightmares of her previous self's actions, Pride resolves to protect her family and country while progressing the story. As the world changes around her, she prepares for the day when she must face her fate at the hands of the game's main characters.
