Tweety Bird longs to fly outside, but his predator Sylvester's presence makes it impossible. Granny finds a solution in a jet-propelled cage, allowing Tweety to soar safely. However, Sylvester refuses to give up and uses various tactics to catch his prey, all of which fail. In the end, Sylvester joins the U.S. Air Force, determined to outsmart Tweety once and for all.
