Another time, another place. The Bombers, a motorcycle gang led by Raven, kidnaps rock star Ellen Aim as she is performing in concert with her band, the Attackers, in her home neighborhood of The Richmond. The kidnapping is solely in Raven's obsession with her. Waitress Reva Cody is ultimately able to convince her initially reluctant brother, former soldier Tom Cody, to rescue Ellen, his former girlfriend, who Reva believes Tom truly still loves despite she now in a relationship with her demanding manager, Billy Fish. Tom and Ellen broke up in their diverging lives. Tom uses the assistance of Fish as the bankroll, and another former soldier McCoy, who wants to eke out a career as a solder-of-fortune, they needing to penetrate into Raven's tough neighborhood of the Battery to locate Ellen. Tom realizes that it will not be as simple a job as getting in and out of the Battery with Ellen as Raven is not the type to give up with a fight, perhaps to the death. But what may be more of an issue for Tom is confronting Ellen once again, especially difficult with Fish on his team and Fish considering her now his property.
