Dr. Karl Zimmer, a Russian scientist, creates the Mandroid, a humanoid robot controlled by a special suit. The CIA sends Smith and Wade to inspect the invention, but Zimmer's partner, Drago, has his own plans, wanting to sell Mandroid to the military.
