Police Officer Eun Si Yeon is reassigned to the hit-and-run task force after being demoted from the National Police Agency's regional investigation unit. She partners with Seo Min Jae, the ace officer of the task force, to track down Jung Jae Chul, a former Formula One driver turned criminal who uses his passion for speed and cars to commit crimes.
