A young official is kidnapped by a ruthless gang, who demand the release of their leader in exchange. Golden Swallow, a skilled warrior, is sent to rescue the official, who also happens to be her brother. Despite facing overwhelming odds, Golden Swallow fights bravely, but is struck by a poison dart. She seeks help from a beggar who turns out to be a kung-fu master in disguise, and together they devise a plan to rescue her brother.
