In this action-packed movie, Ravi, a collection agent, leads a happy life in Bangalore with his friends and father, Mohan Rao. When his friend tries to commit suicide, Ravi discovers the deceitful ways of Shruti and her uncle, Crazy Mohan, who prey on gullible men. Ravi decides to teach them a lesson by pretending to be a naive youngster. As he becomes entangled in their schemes, he proposes to Shruti, who is already engaged to Rohit. After saving Shruti from danger, Ravi advises her to stop playing with people's feelings, and she begins to develop feelings for him. However, their happiness is short-lived, as Rohit's mother and brother plot to sabotage their marriage.
