Crumply Crumplestein hosts 'Unbelievable Tales' from his chair, introducing short stories. In one episode, two kids play in the river but one dies. Crumply is deeply disturbed by this event and returns home to worry about kidnapping cases involving children. He then murders the victims by carving off their faces. The next story features a man who plays yo-yo who stabs a child.
