American graduate student Randi Wallace embarks on an adventure in Britain to study mythology under Professor Ian Matheson. Initially expecting a traditional academic mentor, she is surprised by Ian’s youthful energy. Their chemistry quickly develops as they share a thrilling night camping on the Moors. However, when Randi is bitten by a werewolf, their initial connection intensifies. Throughout the series, Randi and Ian investigate supernatural occurrences together while searching for a cure for her curse. Eventually, their journey takes them across continents. Back in California, they adapt to life in their new home and Ian becomes host of an unsophisticated television talk show about psychic phenomena.
