Brandon Brewster, a multimillionaire, dons superhero attire with enhanced abilities such as super-strength and flight. Partnering with Yukk, an "ugliest dog" that hides behind a portable doghouse capable of destroying anything, they are called upon by an undisclosed Mayor to protect the city from rampaging supervillains. Their foes include Miss Make-Up, Time Keeper, and Beach Bum.
