Tony Kleinman, a charismatic TV talk show host, and his co-host Bernie Widman, a former professional athlete, present a sports-focused show in Philadelphia. Tony, who is small in stature, makes up for it with his big personality, often talking quickly and getting himself into trouble. At home, he faces a loving but assertive wife who is often right, a tomboy daughter who is mouthy and selfish, and a well-meaning but meek son who is a talented golfer but struggles to stand up for himself.
