Jack and David, two college students working as bail bondsmen, occasionally receive bizarre assignments from their boss, Oscar. When given simple tasks, these assignments often lead to dire situations that force them to use their wits to escape trouble. Later, when Oscar sold his business to ex-cop Tom Bannon, who initially declined the boys' employment but eventually kept them on after witnessing their exceptional skills.
