The Blacke Foundation, a research institute, was based at Highcliffe Manor, a creepy old mansion in New England, owned by Helen Blacke. The institute was home to a diverse group of individuals, including a mad scientist, a mechanical man, a womanizing preacher, a large Korean assistant, a sexy secretary, a creepy housekeeper, and two evil doctors.
