A student named Naota lives with his eccentric father and grandfather. His life is disrupted when a mysterious girl named Haruko arrives on her Vespa, wielding an electric guitar with a buzzsaw. She becomes Naota's housekeeper, but he senses something unusual about her. To make matters more bizarre, strange creatures emerge from his head, which Haruko is determined to eliminate.
