Orhun is a successful businessman who grew up in a wealthy but emotionally cold family along with his twin sister Nihan, younger sister Nursah, and their distant mother Afife. Recently, Nihan went on a medical mission as a doctor in Eritrea, but she hasn't been in touch recently and her family is worried about her wellbeing. While searching for Nihan, Orhun encounters Hira, a poor girl living an unjust life under the control of traffickers. After finding out that his sister was poisoned by a local gang, Orhun breaks down emotionally. It turns out that it wasn't Hira who killed Nihan but actually another criminal. Orhun devises an evil revenge plan: he will take Hira back to his home and make her life even more miserable than before. Afife, their mother, has kept Orhun's father away from them since childhood secretly. Orhun plans to marry Hira as a way to exact revenge on the family. Afife, who despises people of lower status and is obsessed with "pure blood," will either imprison her own son or find redemption after paying all their dues.
