Serial focuses on Ashoka, grandson of Chandragupta Maurya. The story begins with young Siddharth Nigam as Ashoka seeking guidance from Chanakya (Manoj Joshi). During the reign of Bindusara, who rules a vast Mauryan Empire, Queen Mother Helena and her Queens Charumitra and Noor Khorasan are actively involved in controlling the empire.
