Breezly Bruin is a comical, resourceful polar bear reminiscent of Yogi Bear. His friend Sneezly Seal, a droopy seal with a constant cold, possesses powerful sneezes that can be devastating. They reside in an igloo in the Arctic. Many episodes feature Breezly's ambitious yet ultimately futile attempts to infiltrate the local army camp for various reasons while trying to stay one step ahead of Colonel Fuzzby.
