In this action-packed film, a group of terrorists threatens to disrupt the construction of the California-Yucatan Railroad, a project aimed at benefiting Mexico. As the gang tries to force the sale of the railroad, Manuel Vega, the aged co-owner, turns to his nephew James for help. James, a descendant of the legendary Zorro, must put aside his golfing skills and channel his great-grandfather's bravery to take on the terrorists. With only one man, dressed in black and riding a horse, can James defeat the well-armed gang and save the day?
