In the bustling coffee-pot diner, waitress Rose Couglin is the center of attention, with two charming policemen, Bob Brandon and Herman Huff, vying for her affections. When a hold-up occurs, Bob cleverly captures the crook, but lets Herman take the credit. As Herman struggles to sponsor Bob's application to the motorcycle force, he's further dismayed when a high-society debutante, Diana Hempstead, falls for Bob.
