A CIA interrogator is unwittingly manipulated into a trap, which threatens to unleash a devastating biological attack on the city of London.
CIA agent Alice Racine, who failed to capture a Paris-based terrorist responsible for dozens of deaths, is now a caseworker in London. Her mentor's sudden call brings her back into action when the CIA uncovers evidence of an imminent attack.
