A group of friends, including Olivia, Markie, Lucas, Penelope, Tyson, and Brad, embark on a trip to Rosarito, Mexico. During their stay, they encounter a mysterious man named Carter who convinces them to join him for drinks at an abandoned mission. A game of Truth or Dare ensues, involving Olivia and her friends, as well as Ronnie, who tags along. However, Carter reveals his true intentions, using the game to trick them into participating in a supernatural version of Truth or Dare.
