Rogue ATF agent Jack DeForest's investigation into an arms hijacking by terrorist Josef Szabo goes awry when he kills Szabo's 16-year-old son. Szabo kidnaps his estranged wife and teenage son as revenge, and DeForest's boss demands his resignation due to his aggressive tactics. Despite this, DeForest continues to investigate with agent Annie, leading him to Szabo's remote hideout where he ultimately kills Szabo and rescues the boy.
