Three sailors working in a ships' tailor shop concoct a plan to attend a party by stealing officers' uniforms, with one of them posing as Admiral Taylor and his aides. However, they're tricked into stealing a new submarine by two spies, including a beautiful woman. The stooges turn the tables and capture the spies, but chaos ensues when they're confronted by the real Admiral, leading to a bomb being detonated and a destructive outcome.
