A couple, Martin and Sally, are struggling to revitalize their marriage. Martin, a jaded and depressed principal, has lost his youthful spark, while Sally, an optimistic and idealistic English teacher, is still driven by her passion for helping others. Despite their differences, they both feel stuck in their midlife crisis, with Martin accepting his mediocrity and Sally seeking a way to make a positive impact.
