Nelson Hibbert, a clumsy and histrionic executive, expects to be promoted to president of Nigel Industries due to his engagement to the owner's daughter. However, his future father-in-law chooses Ken Daly instead, prompting Nelson to threaten him in front of the board of directors. When Mr. Nagel is found dead, Nelson becomes the prime suspect, but surveillance cameras reveal the true killer.
