The World Moves On
In this film, a New Orleans family, including Richard Girard, forms a close bond with the English Warburtons. When Richard meets Mary Warburton, she is already engaged to Erik von Gerardt, but he eventually wins her hand in marriage. However, their life in America is marked by financial struggles.
