A preteen boy named Moochie wants a dog, but his dad is allergic. Meanwhile, his brother Wilby is a shy and smart inventor, but struggles with girls. Wilby discovers a spell in a ring that turns him into a dog, specifically his neighbor's shabby sheep dog Bundles, at unpredictable times. Wilby uses this new power to try and stop his neighbor from stealing a diamond from his dad's museum.
