In the lawless frontier, Whip McCord's gang hijacks a stagecoach carrying funds to pay Native Americans for their land, only to have the notorious Oklahoma Kid steal the loot. McCord then claims a plot of land for a new town, trading it for control over the local gambling and saloons. As Kincaid's father runs for mayor, McCord orchestrates a lynch mob to hang the old man, who has already been framed for murder.
