A private investigator, known as Octopus for his lengthy arms, travels to the small town of Angernaud with his bisexual partner to reclaim the funds he spent on restoring his family's grave after it was desecrated by a group of youths. As he tracks down each individual responsible, he discovers them deceased, leading him to suspect that a drunk Scotsman, a local celebrity, and an extreme right-wing politician are connected to the mysterious killings.
