Clint Eastwood stars as Earl Stone, a 90-year-old man who is broke, alone, and facing foreclosure until he takes a job as a driver. Unbeknownst to Earl, he becomes a drug courier for a Mexican cartel and does well, leading to a handler and increased cargo. However, he also catches the attention of a DEA agent and struggles with past mistakes as he tries to right his wrongs before being caught by the cartel or law enforcement.
