Two soldiers, Tom Dooley and Country Boy, find themselves on the run after mistakenly killing an enemy soldier, unaware that the war has already ended. As they evade capture, they're pursued by a relentless lawman sent by the authorities who refuse to show mercy for their tragic mistake.
